Manage listings and seller clients

Updated this week

This guide covers how to navigate and manage your property listings effectively on the Anyone platform.

Accessing your listings

  1. Click Selling in the top navigation menu

  2. View your complete listing portfolio with key information:

    • Property address and image

    • Listing price

    • Postal code

    • Current status

    • Linked seller client

    • New message notifications

Finding specific listings

Use the tools on the left side to organize your listings:

  • Search by address or key details

  • Filter by status (For sale, Draft, Sold, Archived, External listings)

  • Sort listings based on different criteria

External listings

You may find listings from other websites related to your agency appearing under "External listings" in your selling overview. These properties automatically display on the Anyone marketplace, allowing interested buyers and buyer agents to send you requests directly through our platform.

Managing external listings

  • External listings are automatically imported and connected to your agency

  • You have the option to deactivate any external listing to hide it from the Anyone marketplace

  • We recommend deactivating external listings after creating the same listing directly through Anyone

  • Creating native Anyone listings ensures all property details display properly

  • Native listings give you full access to Anyone's features, including:

    • Managing viewing slots

    • Receiving and responding to offers

    • Sending agreement proposals

    • Finalizing deals through the platform

Converting external listings to native Anyone listings provides both you and potential buyers with the best possible experience on our platform.

Listing dashboard

Click on any listing to access its comprehensive dashboard. Let's start with the main actions:

  • View listing: See the public-facing property page

  • Edit listing: Update property details and information

  • Archive (or unarchive) listing: Remove from the marketplace or return back to the marketplace (see important notes below)

Depending on the status of the listing (draft or published), your dashboard will adapt.

When the listing is a draft

On the dashboard for a drafted listing, you'll see an activity feed which allows you to see any changes that you or your seller client (if connected to this listing) has made. Clicking on the changes allows you to quickly edit that change.

When the listing is published

You'll be able to manage viewings, offers and agreements in this dashboard. Let's walk through the options in detail.

Viewings

  • See scheduled viewing slots and attendance

  • Add new viewing slots

  • Click the three dots next to a slot to:

    • See viewer details and registration dates

    • Edit viewing information

    • Cancel viewing slots as needed (this will automatically inform all attendants about the cancellation per email).

Offers section

Track all incoming offers with:

  • Name of the buyer or agent

  • Offer price

  • Current status

  • View details

Agreements

Review and manage all accepted offers and finalized agreements

Communication center

Located on the right side of the dashboard:

  • Messages between you and your seller client, including calls

  • Communications with interested buyers and their agents

Important notes about (un)archiving

When archiving a listing:

  • New viewings cannot be created

  • New offers cannot be sent or received

  • Current offers, viewings, and agreement proposals will be canceled (cancellation emails will be sent to all stakeholders)

  • Historical data about offers, viewings, and agreements remains accessible

  • The listing can be restored at any time if needed

When unarchiving a listing:

  • All your viewings and previous offers will be available

  • The listing will be shown on the marketplace again

  • All parties who previously made an offer, favorited the property or booked a viewing before will be notified by email that the property is back on the market

  • All previous offers will be cancelled

Note that to access archived listings, you'll have to filter for "archived" on the left side in the selling overview.
