Good to know: you can only create a listing if you’re part of an agency account. If you’re not in one yet, you’ll need to either join an existing agency or create a new one first.

Click on + add listing or invite a client button in the top right corner of any page.

A popup will appear, where you can choose to:

For this part, we'll gather and complete technical information about the property.

Type in the address and house number, select the correct address suggestion and double-check the postal code.

Fill in important property details like:

Choose the roof type. If the roof you're looking for isn’t listed, you can add a custom one.

Count only the living room and bedrooms as rooms. Kitchens, bathrooms, and toilets aren't included. An attic can be added if it meets Building Decree standards.

For example: 3 rooms, of which 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom.

By default, the option "I have an outdoor space" is toggled on. Then, select the options which apply to the listing. If this doesn't apply, simply toggle it off.

For some selected options, you'll be asked in the next step to fill in the quantity. For example: "how many balconies do you have?".

If applicable, fill in "yes" and proceed to the follow-up questions about the type of garage and how many cars can fit inside.

Optional step for Dutch listings only: Energy label.

If applicable, select the insulation measures or add a custom one. When insulation measures are selected, the next step will ask what exactly was done for it.

For example, if you selected double glass, you can explain that the type of glass is HR++

Select the heat source(s) or add your own.

Select the hot water source(s) or add your own.

Select the amenities from the big list of options, or add your own. For example, I have a tiki bar, which is not represented in the already huge list of options.

Select the level of outdoor and indoor maintenance on a scale from not good to excellent.

This is it, the big moment. What's the asking price of the property?

Select whether the land has been bought off, has a monthly leasehold or a leasehold until a specific date.

For a monthly leasehold, you'll input the monthly ground lease price in the next step.

For bought off until, you'll input the end date in the next step.

The documents you add here will only be visible to buyers before & after they make an offer.

If applicable, fill in the date at which the house can be transferred.

Fill in the conditions that apply to selling the property. Buyers will see these before making an offer. You can add multiple conditions separately to keep a clear overview.

Here, please double-check if all the technical information regarding the property is correct. Maybe even triple-check. Cookie points for a quadruple-check.

Now it's all about semantics. In the next steps, we ask for descriptions about the property.

We've already created a general description based on the information of your property. Feel free to tailor it as you see fit! A description can be anywhere between 250 - 10,000 characters.

Add a personal note to the listing, to give future buyers a better and more personalized impression of the house.

Double-check if the descriptions are perfect, and then proceed to the next step.

Upload at least 5 images of the property by clicking "browse" or dragging and dropping the photos in the upload box. Please make sure the images are of high quality. Supported file types are jpg, jpeg, png, heic and gif.

After you click "next", drag the images in the correct order for display on the website. The first image is automatically the cover image.

Make the property stand out more by adding one or more videos. Click "browse" or drag and drop the photos in the upload box.

Supported file types are mp4, quicktime and mov.

After you click "next", drag the videos in the correct order for display on the website (in case you've uploaded multiple videos).

Create clarity by uploading one or more floorplans.

Supported file types are jpg, jpeg, png, heic and pdf, but PDFs are least preferred.

Double-check if all your images, videos and floorplans are correct.

Here, you can preview your listing. You'll see a card like it's displayed in the search page. By clicking "preview", you'll see how the listing detail page will look like after publishing.

After publishing, you can close the flow or create viewings for this property.

After publishing a listing, you can edit it at any time.
