Before you begin
Ensure you have:
Completed your agent profile
Joined or created your agency on Anyone
Prepared a signed contract document for your client (PDF format recommended)
Send a client invitation
Click + add listing or invite a client in the top right corner
Select Invite your client (buyer/seller)
Choose client type
Select whether you're inviting a:
Buyer: Looking to purchase property
Seller: Looking to list property
Note: This selection cannot be changed later, so confirm the correct relationship type.
Representing a client as both buyer and seller?
If your client wants to both buy and sell property, you'll need to send two separate invitations:
First, complete the invitation process selecting "buyer"
Then send a second invitation selecting "seller"
Your client will need to accept both invitations to activate both relationships.
This ensures clear documentation and proper terms for each type of transaction.
Enter client details
Enter your client's email address
Verify the email is correct
Click Next
Set your fee
Choose how you'll charge your client:
Fixed price: Enter the specific amount you'll charge
Commission: Enter the percentage rate
Upload your contract
Upload your pre-signed contract document
Check the box to confirm you've already signed it
This document will be sent to your client for their signature
Review and send
Before finalizing:
Double-check the email address
Verify the client type (buyer/seller)
Confirm the fee is correct
Click Invite to send the invitation to your client. They will receive an email with an invitation to join Anyone. You will also receive a confirmation email.
Wait for the client to accept your invitation
When your client accepts the invitation, you'll receive an email and see the client appear in your communication center.
