Manage leads

Learn how to efficiently review, accept, and convert lead requests into clients on the Anyone platform.

Before you begin

Ensure you have:

  • Completed your agent profile

  • Joined or created your agency on Anyone

Access your lead requests

  1. Navigate to Lead requests in the main menu

  2. Select the Requests tab to view all incoming lead requests

Review lead details

When you click on a lead request, you'll see a detailed profile including:

  • Client type (buyer or seller)

  • Areas of interest

  • Preferred property types

  • Budget range

  • Package preferences

  • Personal message from the lead


Responding to leads

To accept a lead:

  1. Review their information thoroughly

  2. Click Respond in the lead profile

  3. The Communication Center will open, taking you directly to the lead's chat environment


    Note: Once you click Respond, the lead will automatically move to the Responded section, where you can find it later.


  4. You can now communicate directly with them through the chat


Converting a lead to a client

When you're ready to formalize the relationship:

  1. Go the Leads requests

  2. Click on the Responded tab to view leads you’ve already responded to

  3. Click on one of the responded leads to view the following pop-up

  4. Click on Continue Conversation to resume chatting with the lead

  5. You are now in the lead's chat environment


    Note: You can also access the chat environment by going directly to the Communication Center and selecting the specific lead

  6. When you've had a conversation and are ready to finalize the collaboration, click Invite as Your Client


  7. A pop-up will now appear to begin the invitation process.

  8. In the popup window:

    • Select your fee structure (fixed price or commission)

    • Enter the agreed-upon amount or percentage

    • Click Next

  9. Fill in the contract details in the pop-up form

  • Upload your signed contract document

  • Check the box confirming you've signed the document

  • Click Send to client


Tracking the process

  • Monitor the chat window for the client’s acceptance. You’ll also receive a confirmation email once it’s accepted.

  • Once a buyer lead is converted to a client, it will appear under the Buying page

To decline a lead:

Click Decline if you're unable to assist the lead. After clicking Decline, a popup appears to ask you for confirmation. Declining a lead will delete the request. It's not possible to undo this.

You can decline a lead from several places within the platform.

  1. In the Requested section, when you click on a lead, you’ll see the Decline button

  2. In the chat environment, you can find the button at the top

  • Once you decline them, they will be notified of your decision

Note: Once you decline a lead, you will no longer have access to it
