Leads Dashboard Guide

Learn how to navigate, manage, and respond to all your incoming lead requests from potential buyers or sellers

The Leads Dashboard helps you quickly view, respond to, and organize your incoming leads, so you never miss a potential client.

Before you begin

Ensure you have:

  • Completed your agent profile

  • Joined or created your agency on Anyone

How to begin

  1. Notifications

    Whenever a new lead comes in, you’ll see a red notification badge next to the “Lead Requests” tab so you can respond quickly.


  2. Search the leads

    Use the search panel on the left to find specific leads by name. You can also filter by buyers or sellers to focus your search.


  3. Requests Tab

    This tab shows all new leads who have reached out but haven’t received a response from you yet. Responding promptly helps increase engagement and conversion.


  4. Responded Tab

    Here you’ll find the leads you’ve already responded to, but who haven’t become clients yet. You can revisit their information and continue the conversation.


  5. Lead Details

    You can already see some initial details about each lead at a glance. You can click on them and open a detailed view to learn more about their needs and preferences.
