Your Buyer Dashboard Guide

Easily manage your buyer clients, track their activity, and stay organized throughout the buying journey.

Updated this week

This guide walks you through the key components of the Buyer Dashboard so you can effectively support clients from first interest to final purchase.

How to begin

1. Search & Filter
You can search for specific buyer clients by name or use filters to narrow your list.

  • Buying: Shows active clients currently looking to purchase a property

  • Purchased: Shows clients who have already completed a purchase

2. Buyer Client Overview
In the main list view, you’ll see an overview of your buyer clients including:

  • Buyer’s name

  • Collaboration start date

  • Favorited properties

  • Current status

  • Message history access

Click on a client to open their full dashboard.

Inside the Buyer Dashboard

Each buyer has a detailed dashboard divided into four tabs

Saved Properties
See all the properties liked by either the buyer or you (as their agent). Use this to better understand their preferences.

Note: If either you or your buyer client likes a property, it will instantly appear in both of your dashboards.

Viewings
View a list of scheduled viewings for the buyer, including:

  • Property address

  • Price

  • Viewing date and time

  • A “Details” button for more information

Note: Both you and your client can book viewings, and appointments will instantly appear in both dashboards.

Offers
This tab displays all offer proposals submitted on behalf of the buyer client.

Offer proposals are the initial offers placed by buyers. If a buyer has an agent, only the agent can submit the offer.

Agreement Reached
If the buyer has accepted any agreement proposals, they will appear here with relevant agreement details.

Agreement proposals are sent by seller agents as counter-offers to offer proposals. Once the buyer client confirms the agreement proposal, the deal moves to the 'Agreement Reached' section.

Communication Panel

On the right side of the dashboard:

  • You’ll see a summary card for the buyer client. Click it to open their chat environment

  • Below that, view your chat threads with seller agents related to the buyer. Click any conversation to continue the discussion.
