When Agreement Proposal is accepted

Understand what happens after a buyer accepts your agreement proposal and how to mark a deal as signed

Updated this week

When a property transaction has been completed, it's important to update the listing status to "sold" on Anyone. This ensures your listings remain accurate. Here's how to properly register a completed sale.

First steps

  • First, you must send an agreement proposal for the accepted offer

  • The buyer needs to accept this agreement proposal through the Anyone platform

  • Once accepted, proceed with finalizing the transaction through the official channels in your country

  • Complete all necessary legal and financial procedures according to local regulations

Agreement Reached

Once the buyer agent accepts your Agreement Proposal, the deal automatically moves to the “Agreement Reached” tab in your dashboard.

Sign the contract outside of the platform

At this stage, both parties typically proceed to sign the official sales contracts outside of the Anyone platform.

Mark as Signed

After the contracts have been signed, the seller agent should:

  1. Select the relevant property

  2. Go to the Agreement Reached tab

  3. Mark the listing as Signed

This action will move the property to Sold status, and it will appear as Sold for all interested parties.

Note: All interested parties who favorited the property, booked a viewing, or made an offer will be notified that it has been sold.

If the Contract Isn’t Signed

Sometimes, for various reasons, the agreement doesn’t lead to a signed contract. In this case:

  1. Select the relevant property

  2. Go to the Agreement Reached tab

  3. Mark the listing as Rejected

This cancels the transaction and the property will return to the Search results as available for sale again.

Note: All interested parties who favorited the property, booked a viewing, or made an offer will be notified that the property is back on the market.
