You can send an agreement proposal at any time (usually after agreeing to an offer proposal via the communication center).
Sending the proposal
This can be done in two ways.
Navigate to the communication center and open the conversation with the buyer or buyer's agent, then click the Send agreement proposal button in the top right
Navigate to the selling dashboard, open the listing, then go to the offers tab and click See details next to the offer you'd like to convert to an agreement proposal. Then in the bottom, click Send agreement proposal
Set deadline (optional)
Choose whether to add a response deadline
If yes, select the specific date and time
This creates urgency and helps keep the transaction moving forward
Key agreement details
Select the legal transfer date
Enter the agreed-upon purchase price
Review to ensure accuracy
Add conditions
You can add conditions for both parties:
Seller conditions might include:
Subject to finding suitable replacement property
Subject to attorney review
Buyer conditions might include:
Subject to technical building inspection
Subject to appraisal
Subject to mortgage approval
Subject to sale of current property
Review and confirm
Carefully review all information on the summary page
Verify all dates, amounts, and conditions
Check the confirmation box at the bottom
Click Send proposal to finalize
Track your proposal
After sending:
Both seller and buyer parties receive notifications
The agreement appears in your property dashboard
You can also find it in the communication center
The home will appear as subject to contract on our platform
Managing the proposal
If needed, you can:
Open the agreement from either location
Withdraw the proposal from the summary screen
Send a revised proposal if circumstances change
Finalizing the transaction
Once accepted by the buyer, proceed with finalizing the transaction through the official channels in your country
After the transaction is officially completed, manually change the listing status to "sold"
You can do this in the agreement reached section of the listing on your selling overview
Click Not signed and select Signed to update the status
If the deal falls through
If the agreement is not completed, you can manually change the listing status back to "for sale"
Go to the agreement reached section of the listing on your selling overview
Click Not signed and select Rejected to update the status. This makes the property available for new offers again
