Make an offer

Submit offers with these straightforward steps on the Anyone platform.

Good to know: if a real estate agent is representing you, they can also create an offer for you.

Find the property

  1. Make sure you're logged in. Then navigate to the Search page

  2. Locate and select the property you're interested in

  3. On the property detail page, click Make an offer in the right panel

Review documentation

  1. Download and review any available property documents

  2. Check the box confirming you've reviewed the documents

  3. Click Continue

  4. Review the seller's conditions and click Continue

Set buyer conditions

Add any necessary conditions to protect your interests:

  • Subject to technical building inspection

  • Subject to appraisal

  • Subject to the sale of own home

  • Subject to mortgage approval

You can also add custom conditions as needed before clicking Continue.

Offer details

  1. Select the proposed legal transfer date

  2. Enter the offer price

  3. Click Continue

Personalize the offer

  1. Add an optional personal note. This can help create a connection with the seller.

  2. Click Continue

Review and submit

  1. Carefully review all offer details in the summary page

  2. To make changes, click the pencil icon next to any section

  3. When everything looks correct, click Submit offer

If you have a real estate agent via Anyone, they will be notified about the offer and will also see it in their dashboard and communication center.

Track offer status

Monitor the status of your offer:

  • Check your dashboard for real-time updates

  • Review the communication center for any messages
