The Anyone platform makes it easy to stay in touch with your real estate agent throughout your property journey. Here's how to access and use the communication center.
Accessing the communication center
Look for the message icon in the top right side of the menu
Click this icon to open the communication center
You'll see an overview of all your conversations
Understanding your conversations
The communication center shows conversations with your buyer agent and seller agents
If you're represented by an agent, you cannot message seller agents directly Your buyer agent will handle all communication with seller agents on your behalf
Representation requests are visible here. You can send additional messages to them after they've accepted your request
Sending and receiving messages
Click on an agent's name to open your conversation with them
Use the message bar at the bottom of the window to type and send your message
The conversation window displays both direct messages from your agent and important status updates
You'll see updates about viewings, offers, and agreement proposals all in one place
Making voice and video calls
You can start a voice call by clicking the phone icon in the top right corner
You can start a video call by clicking the camera icon in the top right
During a call, you can mute your microphone and switch your video on or off
When an agent calls you, a popup will appear with buttons to accept or reject the call
If you're experiencing audio or video issues, click the gear icon to check your settings. Make sure the correct camera, microphone, and speakers are selected in the settings menu
Staying updated
You'll receive email notifications when you have new messages
A red notification bubble will appear on the message icon when you have unread messages
Check the communication center regularly to stay informed about your property transaction
