Sometimes, even after contracts are signed, a deal may not go through. If that happens, the property can be returned to the market so that new offers can be made and the sales process can begin again.
How to return a property to market
Go to the Selling section
Locate and select the property you want to relist
Click “Return to Market”
Note: When a property is returned to the market:
All previous offers will be nullified.
All interested parties will be notified that the property is available again.
