Respond to an offer proposal

As a seller's agent on Anyone, you'll receive and manage offers from potential buyers. Here's how to view and respond to these offers effectively.

Tracking offers

  • When representing a seller, you can track all incoming offers via the selling dashboard

  • Click on your listing, then select the Offers tab to see all current offers

  • Each offer includes key details and status information at a glance

Viewing offer details

  • Click See details next to any offer to view the complete information

  • The offer details include:

    • Person who made the offer (including whether it was sent by a buyer's agent or directly by the buyer)

    • Date and time the offer was submitted

    • Offer amount

    • Preferred transfer date

    • Buyer conditions

    • Optional personal message from the buyer

Negotiating with buyers

  • You can negotiate terms with the buyer or their agent through the communication center

  • Discuss any changes or conditions with your seller before responding

Accepting an offer

  • When you and the seller decide to accept an offer, click Send agreement proposal in the offer detail page

  • This begins the agreement process with the buyer

  • The buyer will receive notification of your acceptance and can review the agreement proposal

  • Once the buyer accepts the agreement proposal, you can proceed with the transaction

Managing offers efficiently is key to getting the best outcome for your seller and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
